Brady joined the CEF team in January 2014 following 15 years of leasing and lending experience with GE Capital. After graduating from the University of Guelph’s Honors B.Comm in Management Economics & Finance in 1999, Brady joined GE Capitals Commercial Equipment Finance group and held various roles of increasing responsibility within the organization, most recently Vice President, Ontario & Atlantic Provinces. Brady’s expertise ranges from New Business Development to Risk (deal structuring) and Operations with Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma. Brady led the transportation, construction & mining segments within GE Capital and managed a dynamic sales force for over eight years. Brady served on the Board of Ontario Road Builders Association from 2014-2017.
