Mr. Elliott grew up in Calgary, Alberta, working in the transportation industry from an early age. Starting-out changing oil and maintaining a fleet as a summer job for his father’s company, Wayne became a heavy equipment technician and worked his way through the apprenticeship program. Wayne spent 12 years as a heavy equipment technician before moving into truck sales at Mack trucks.
Wayne has focused his entire career towards becoming a seasoned B2B sales professional, specializing in various aspects of sales, marketing, lease, and finance, including management roles. With over 20 years of experience in the transportation and equipment industry, Wayne has always had a passion for finance. Wayne made the decision to pursue that passion with focus and a dedication to equipment finance as a career by joining the Canadian Equipment Finance team in April of 2023.
