Mr. Rolph began his career with the Lafarge Group in 1983 where he held different positions within Lafarge’s aggregate, concrete, asphalt and construction divisions. In 1999 he joined ABN Amro Leasing, a Division of ABN Amro Bank N.V., as a Business Development Manager responsible for sales in his given territory. While there, he specialized in financing equipment within the construction, transportation, manufacturing and industrial market segments. ABN Amro Leasing was sold to Royal Bank of Canada in 2008 and Mr. Rolph continued as Business Development Manager there until 2009 when he joined Canadian Equipment Finance.
Mr. Rolph graduated from Conestoga College in Kitchener with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
